My work history

2022-2023 | NewDesigners | Social Media Mandager, Freelancer
After starting the UX Design Bachelor in The Hague I applied for a postion at NewDesigner. I got it, despite a lot of competition. I worked for a year in a social media team of 3, managing 2 university Instagram and LinkedIn profiles.
During my work I created 20+ posts, reels for the following 2 accounts: @uxdthehague, @denhaagsecmd. I did a variety of work. From simple meme posts, to highly edited interviews with lecturers. Because both acounts were for designers, I learned a lot creasting posts about design trends, prestigeous design awards, events, tutorials and more.
At NewDesigners I was also asked to colaborate on a project to create 3 booklets about inclusivity, for a client of the agency.
2023 | NewGlyph | Student Ambassador
Swiss type design studio NewGlyph got my attention for their stunning typefaces I saw on social media.
They have a student ambassador program, where they give out licenses to talanted young designers, in exchange for showcaseing and spreading word about their fonts.
I was accepted to be one of the student ambassadors for them. Especially for my active Instagram design account.

2025-Present | QuandaGo | Product Designer
As the sole Product Designer for the AI Product Team, I established the role of Design within management and development while introducing core UX practices to the department. My work focused on user research, concepting, and prototyping in Figma for both new and existing AI software features.
Here is an expanded look at my key projects and responsibilities:
AI Software Planning and Design
Automation Orchestration: I planned and designed the structured approach for AIDA’s automation engine. This involved creating a hierarchy of Connections, Actions, and Capabilities to solve performance issues that occur when AI agents have access to too many individual tools.
Capabilities Framework: I designed the workflow for "Capabilities" (reusable back-office task agents), allowing users to group multiple tools together for complex tasks like customer search or refund processing.
AIDA Setup Wizards: I created intuitive, multi-step configuration wizards for setting up AI Agents and Capabilities, focusing on making technical AI instructions understandable for non-technical users.
Strategic UX Frameworks
Conversation Design Vision: I developed a design vision to solve the "cockpit issue," where too many features competed for space on a single page. I proposed a three-view framework that separated tasks into focused workspaces for historic review, live monitoring, and active agent interaction.
Tool Property System: I introduced "Tool Properties" to the UI, using icon-based badges to help users quickly identify the behavior and risk of specific AI tools, such as "View Only" or "Destructive".
Design Systems and Brand
QuandaGo Design System: I worked closely with executive management to establish a unified Design System10. I helped define the plan for a framework-agnostic Vue-based blueprint to serve as the "source of truth" for products built on different tech stacks.
Brand Personality: I defined the QuandaGo Brand Personality Spectrums to move the product toward a "Friendly, Guided, and Simple" experience, helping to build trust with users new to.
User Research and Documentation
Customer Research Visits: I visited customers on multiple occasions for research and sales-demo purposes. This included on-site sessions at customer offices to observe daily operations and gather feedback on AI features.
AI Documentation: I created user-facing AI documentation and best-practice guides, such as prompting cheatsheets, to help customers independently manage their AI agents.
2023-2024 | QuandaGo | UX,UI, Marketing Designer
During my second year of university, I had the incredible opportunity to join QuandaGo, a cloud CX software company specializing in customer service automation, AI, and business process management. My journey began with a six-month full-time internship and later evolved into a part-time role as a UX/UI Designer in the marketing department.
Internship Work
As a full-time intern, I led the redesign of QuandaGo’s extensive website. This included creating over 20 updated pages, introducing a modern mega menu, and refreshing the design system to ensure consistency and visual appeal. I collaborated closely with the marketing team and key stakeholders to align the design with business goals and enhance the user experience.
Part-Time Contributions
In my part-time role, I worked on designing branded one-pagers and digital brochures that highlighted QuandaGo’s products and services. These materials were used in marketing campaigns and newsletters, supporting lead generation and sales efforts. I contributed to content refinement, created custom visualizations, and ensured all designs aligned with QuandaGo’s brand identity.
This experience gave me the opportunity to apply my design skills to both large-scale projects and focused marketing initiatives, deepening my understanding of design’s impact on business success.
<2022 | Freelancer
I really started to learn design during high-school. First I learned software like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and Figma. This allowed me to do a couple of Freelance projects even before I began studying UX Design at a university.
I completed freelance projects for my high-school: A graduation board (tabbleu) design, and a t-shirt design for freshman camp.
For the occasion of a wedding I created beer label designs, for the couple.
And for a friend I created low-polygon illustration of their pet.
