Project Overview
In my second year of university, I had the opportunity to undertake an internship, and I chose to work with QuandaGo, a cloud CX software company specializing in contact centers, knowledge management, and business automation. My primary project during this six-month full-time internship was to redesign QuandaGo’s extensive website.
QuandaGo’s website is vast, with numerous pages and components, making it a challenging task to unify everything into a cohesive, modern design. Despite the complexity, I successfully created a new, streamlined look for the website. This project was particularly significant for me as it was my first experience working as an in-house designer within QuandaGo’s marketing department.

Working closely with the marketing team, I was responsible for designing the website. We introduced a new mega menu design and created over 20 new pages with updated designs. I also refreshed QuandaGo’s design system, improving upon the existing elements to achieve a more cohesive and modern look. The final designs were presented to higher management and stakeholders, who were very pleased with the results. We even began implementing the website using the Elementor website builder.
Throughout the project, I focused on understanding the user journey and ensuring that the website’s design was both functional and visually appealing. I collaborated closely with various stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback, which was crucial in delivering a design that met the company’s needs.
This experience taught me valuable lessons in project management, user-centered design, and the importance of effective communication within a team. It also reinforced my passion for creating intuitive and engaging digital experiences. The successful completion of this project not only enhanced my skills but also contributed significantly to QuandaGo’s online presence.

Reflection
Being my first real corporate project, this redesign meant a lot to me. I worked really hard on delivering something to impress my team and managers at QuandaGo. My hard work was successful, as I got the offer to join QuandaGo as a part-time UX/UI Designer.
Unfortunately, the new design of the website is still not fully implemented. I hope to be able to finish that someday.
See the current website of Quandago.
(PS. Maybe when you are reading this the new design is already implemented)
