Introduction
While working part-time at the marketing department of QuandaGo, a Rotterdam-based software company specializing in Customer Service Automation and AI, I created numerous marketing and promotional materials. This project showcases some of the Branded One-Pagers I developed.

Objective
To design engaging Digital Brochures that effectively communicate new product features and services, generating leads and supporting the sales funnel for QuandaGo.
Content Creation
Started with a base copy or topic information provided by the sales team and marketing colleagues.
Collaboration: Worked closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine the content and ensure it aligned with our communication strategy.
Design Execution:
Created unique visualizations and illustrations for the front and back covers.
Engaged in extensive editorial work to maintain customer interest throughout the document.
Incorporated a Call-To-Action (CTA) section at the end to drive conversions.
Reflection
Challenges and Learning
Working on these promotional materials provided valuable insights into the sales funnel, the role of pre-sales, and the process of generating leads. It also improved my skills in creating compelling marketing content that resonates with the target audience.
Outcome
The Branded One-Pagers were successfully used in newsletters and other communication channels, contributing to lead generation and enhancing QuandaGo’s marketing efforts.
