This project was part of a major marketing campaign at QuandaGo to introduce the concept of "Hyperautomation." The campaign showcased how combining our two primary products, Processes for backend automation and AiDA for autonomous AI agents, could transform business operations. I was tasked with creating a 3-minute fully animated video to serve as the campaign's centrepiece, providing a high-impact visual tool for both online advertisements and sales representatives.
The production followed a rigorous creative workflow, starting with script collaboration alongside the marketing team to define the narrative and visual goals. I began with paper sketches and storyboarding to map out the sequence before moving into Figma for style exploration and high-fidelity frame design.
For the animation phase in After Effects, I implemented more advanced professional practices than in previous projects, including a more organized project structure and optimized layer management. This allowed me to handle the complexity of the 3-minute runtime more efficiently. The final polish, including editing and sound design, was completed in Premiere Pro to ensure a professional and cohesive result.
Compared to my previous animation work, this project marked a significant improvement in both production speed and final quality. By applying industry best practices and a more structured workflow in After Effects, I was able to deliver a more polished product in a shorter timeframe. The video was highly successful as a sales tool, receiving positive feedback from sales representatives who used it to drive lead generation and explain complex automation concepts to prospective clients.
