I'm excited to share a project I worked on a few months ago at QuandaGo!
We just released a 4-minute animated video showcasing what Quandago can do for our customers.
It was a full-month project, and I'm proud of the result. Huge thanks to the marketing and sales teams for working together to finish it, especially Robbin Tonen, who trusted me to explore this project and gave me a great learning opportunity!
It was a great experience to have the opportunity to work on the full vector animation and to deliver a professional result that can be shared on company channels.
Check it out here:
My process for creating this project went:
Ideation & Sketching
Through collaboration with the marketing and sales team, we devised a plan for what we wanted to show in the video.
Drawn Storyboard
Iterating on the flow of the animation and getting a better idea of how each scene should look.
Figma illustrations
Creating further ideas, and then the final visuals in Figma, using a lot of other assets previously created in Figma.
Finalizing in illustrator
To make sure the vectors are clean and every file is set up for animation, I have used Illustrator. This way, I can import Illustrator files directly into After Effects while maintaining editability. Also, setting up layers for animation.
Animating in After Effects
Created the motion graphics in After Effects, learning a lot about structuring large projects like this. As this was my first time doing such a thing.
Finishing Audio and Editing in Premier Pro
After having all the scenes animated, I took it to Premier Pro to add the narration audio, and some editing for better flow.
I loved the project and learned so much about animation.
